Bellingham School District elementary school parents/guardians, elementary staff and elementary administrators may apply by noon, Monday, April 23 for consideration to serve on the Elementary Conferences Committee.  The purpose of this committee will be to develop and communicate a successful Family Engagement Model that is developmentally responsive to the needs of the students and families we serve; to promote a robust partnership between home and school to increase student learning and achievement; and to provide clarity and consistency within our new model 

Committee members will work with survey data gathered from elementary families and staff to develop clear understandings of what family engagement will look like at all elementary sites.

Committee members will need to be available for committee meetings 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on May 3, 10 and 17.
