Contact your neighborhood school to register.

Kindergarten registration for fall 2015 will run March 3 through April 30. Children must be 5 before Sept. 1 to attend kindergarten. Check with your school office for early entrance opportunities.

Kindergarten tours and open houses begin in May. 

What to Bring for Registration:

  • Your Child's Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records (if available ahead of time from your pediatrician)
  • Proof of Residency

2014-15 School Year

Tuesday, September 2nd is the first day of school for children in grades 1st through 12th.  Kindergarteners will attend school begining with half-days, from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.,Wednesday, September 3rd through Friday, September 5th.  The afternoons are reserved for Kindergarten Family Conferences.  Your school will contact you to schedule a time to meet.  Kindergarteners first full day will be Monday, September 8th. 

2015-16 School Year

Wednesday, August 26th is the first day of school.  More info to come...

Why Full-Time Kindergarten and Why Now?

We offer a full-time kindergarten program at all elementary schools at no cost to district families.  Students attend kindergarten on the regular elementary school schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
